The appointment system has been designed to make participation in the event more successful and it can be found online in a reserved area of the website.
Access to this area is reserved to hosted buyers and exhibitors, who have regularly purchased exhibit space.
Once their status is confirmed, hosted buyers can access this area and start contacting the exhibitors whose products and services are of interest to them, thanks to the use a search engine that will assist them with the selection. Exhibitors will be able to do the same so buyers will also receive contact requests that they will be required to respond to until their agenda is full.
Appointments will last approximately 25 minutes and can be fixed starting from January 16th until February 8th 2019.
Meetings will be held at the exhibitors' stands.
